Victoria brings 27+ years of operations leadership and a track record that speaks for itself: supporting revenue growth of $10M within 4 years, managing 350+ employees across multiple facilities, and leading complex operational transformations in high-pressure environments.
Before joining Straight To The Point Solutions, Victoria spent over two decades leading large-scale operations across transportation, logistics, and financial services. She’s proven she can scale teams, optimize complex workflows, and deliver results in high-stakes, high-regulation environments—skills that translate directly to any business facing operational challenges. Her expertise includes workforce management, process optimization, compliance excellence, and technology implementation across industries where precision and efficiency aren’t optional—they’re essential.
Victoria also founded and operated a mortgage brokerage for 15 years, navigating the 2008 financial crisis and building a business that thrived in one of the most regulated industries in America. That experience taught her what it really takes to run a business—compliance, cash flow, client relationships, and resilience.
Today, Victoria specializes in fractional COO services, AI implementation strategy, and digital transformation for traditional industries. She’s certified in AI Business Strategy, Workday HRIS, Project Management, and Professional Lean Six Sigma. Her approach is practical, not theoretical—she’s been in the trenches, solved the problems, and knows what actually works.

Serves as your primary point of contact, coordinates project timelines and deliverables, and ensures seamless communication between your team and ours. Tracks progress, addresses roadblocks, and keeps engagements on time and on budget.
Process Improvement Specialist
Conducts operational assessments, identifies inefficiencies, and implements Lean Six Sigma methodologies to optimize workflows. Develops process documentation, trains teams on new systems, and measures results to ensure sustainable improvement.
Project Coordinator
Manages project logistics, scheduling, and administrative coordination. Prepares reports, maintains documentation, and supports both leadership and clients with day-to-day execution to keep projects moving forward efficiently.
